The price was very reasonable no matter what, but even more so considering the level of service provided.īefore booking with this company, I had tried interfacing with another company and got very little cooperation and almost outright refusal to add the stops I wanted to add. (And by the way, their standard sedan had no problem accommodating that luggage - 2 of us each with a large checked bag size, and a carry on size roller). Our two stops were great (and Dimitar even helped us translate with the people at Etar), and we got to Plovdiv right on time, where our driver again helped with luggage. We are easy, so would have been pretty flexible on those things regardless, but it was very considerate of him to ask and keep ensuring our continued comfort. Dimitar was also mindful of periodically asking our preferences for temperature and music and all that. We had a nice chat for much of the time, but he also respected when we wanted to rest a bit or just chill out and read, etc. He was professional and friendly, and also taught us things about Bulgarian culture as we drove. Our driver, Dimitar, arrived on time and helped with luggage. My friend and I decided to add intermediate stops (on that note - may I highly recommend Etar and Aser's Fortress if you are traveling between these two cities), and True Drivers was happy to accomodate.Ĭommunication leading up to the trip was great. This was both through email and Whatsapp - they seem flexible in terms of what the customer prefers.
